MEP Dieter-Lebrecht Koch is Vice-Chair of the Committee on Transport and Tourism and member of the Delegation for relations with Japan. He is the rapporteur of the European Road Safety Report for 2011-2020. He's been Member of the Parliament since 1994. 






The “Transport and Tourism” Working Group notably addresses the following issues:

  • Decarbonising transport
  • Future of transports
  • Intelligent Transport System
  • External costs of transport
  • Urban mobility projects
  • Air emissions
